Shipping Charges

Within India

We offer Free Shipping Across India on all prepaid orders.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

As many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or sourced based on availability, processing times may vary depending on the product.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India)

Once your order is confirmed and processed, delivery typically takes:

15 to 20 Business Days

depending on product availability, customization requirements, and delivery location.

International Orders

Once your order is confirmed and processed, delivery typically takes:

20 to 25 Business Days

depending on product availability, customs clearance, and destination country.

Important Delivery Information

The delivery timelines provided are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Courier service disruptions
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Customs clearance delays
Natural disasters or force majeure events
Unexpected demand due to promotional campaigns or social media exposure

Certain products may experience extended production timelines because they are handcrafted or made specifically upon order.

In such situations, customers will be notified regarding any significant delays.

Please note that made-to-order products cannot be cancelled due to production delays once processing has begun.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier partner details

You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

We recommend that either the customer or an authorized recipient be available at the delivery address during courier delivery hours, generally between:

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

If the recipient is unavailable:

The courier partner may attempt to contact the registered phone number.
Additional delivery attempts may be made as per courier policy.
If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at the nearest courier hub for collection.

Customers may be required to collect the parcel directly from the nearest courier office if repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer
Unavailability of the recipient
Rejected delivery
Unreachable contact number

and the customer requests cancellation after shipment, a deduction of ₹100 towards shipping and handling charges may be applied before processing any eligible refund.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Kamalalayam shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details submitted by the customer.

International Orders

For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local government fees applicable in their country.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing.
International orders are subject to the import regulations of the destination country.
